I am currently completing my Bachelor of Arts degree at Tongi Government College, which complements my practical experience by enhancing my knowledge in organizational behavior and management. Along with my HR skills, I have technical proficiency in Oracle Apex development, SQL, PL/SQL, and web development tools like HTML and CSS, which I’ve used to support business processes and improve efficiency.

One of the highlights of my career so far was leading a project to achieve LEED 4 certification for a 30,000 square foot RCC building, where I coordinated construction efforts and ensured compliance with safety standards and BUET regulations.
