This software integration process is also very simple:
Step 1: Work Order- Along with the account payee check, you must send a work order including all of your payroll needs in hard copy.
Step 2: Software Installation- We’ve done it both ways, so whether you need to set up a local server or a cloud server, we’ve got you covered.
Step 3: Attendance Device Setup- Our system engineer will set up attendance devices and timetables for you.
Step 3.1: Data Entry Process- Following the training, data checking and correction will begin.
Step 4: Initial Software Training- our engineer will support you with 3 to 4 hours of initial stage training
Step 5: Attendance Device Training
Step 6: Advance Training
Step 7: Policy Customization- You have to send to us your company policy via email for customization.
Step 8: Payroll Customization- Our dedicated developers are responsible for the customization. It will take 7 to 15 working days.
Step 9: Report Customization- You have to send us the required format for customization.
Step 10: If any fine-tuning is required after all standards have been met, we will do so.
This procedure will be ongoing.
